Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Learn how to report bugs directly to the PearPass team so they can investigate and provide fixes quickly. Before reporting, it's worth checking the How-To Guides and References in case your issue is already covered.
Report a Bug
Open PearPass and sign in
Open the PearPass app and sign in with your master password.

Select a vault
Select a vault to proceed. For this example, we'll use the PearRuntime Credentials vault.

Open Settings
Click on Settings.

Report the problem
On the side menu bar, click About. In the About screen, navigate to the Report a Problem section and Enter a clear description of the issue, including steps to reproduce it or any error messages, and click on the Send button to submit your report.

Sign in
Open PearPass on your mobile device and sign in with your master password.

Open Settings
From the vault screen, tap the settings icon in the bottom menu.

Select Report a problem
Tap Report a problem from the settings menu.

Report the problem
Enter a clear description of the issue, including steps to reproduce it or any error messages, then tap Send.

The support team will review your submission and provide guidance or fixes as necessary.
